SHERI DUNN DESIGNS | THE ARTIST

Sheri is a self-taught accomplished artist whose paintings are in both private and corporate collections throughout the country.

She began her art career in 1977. Her art has won numerous awards in several art competitions throughout the years. Most recently her work has been commissioned by the Boulder Justice Center, the Aurora City Government, Colorado Avid Golfer Magazine, and the Jimmie Austin Golf Club.  Sheri was commissioned to create the poster for the 2008 and 2009 US Amateur Public Links Golf Championship.

Sheri's work is very diversified, she enjoys landscapes, wildlife, and contemporary pieces, while working mostly in acrylics.

For over 15 years, Sheri has been selecting color palettes for both commercial and residential properties. She has done numerous wall finishes and murals in a large variety of spaces.

Many of her works have been donated to support local charities. Sheri's art has been used in fund raising events for the Make A Wish Foundation, Hope House, Arrupe Foundation and the Hospice Mask Project.

Sheri has also written, illustrated, and published two cookbooks, selling over 10,000 copies. She has also illustrated four children's books.
